Following a site visit to identify the issues and familiarise the group with the area, MADE GRADs produced a range of visualisations to be used as part of the community consultation and Neighbourhood Planning process.

 

Project areas identified included:

 

Improvements to the road layout

A new local shopping centre

Housing developments - infill and replacement apartments

Improvements to the green spaces on the estate

Areas for potential commercial development
